I am pleased to participate in 3rd week of SLC Season 23. I love learning from these Challenges. This week Iwe will be learning "Chinese Cuisine"". So Let's start,
1-Have you tried any Chinese food? Which Chinese food is available at your local places?(2pts)
I have tried Chinese food many times. Chinese food is one of my favorite foods. There are many Chinese restaurants in my city. Interestingly, there are more Chinese restaurants in my city than local food. This shows that it is not just me but most of the people in my city who like Chinese food. There are many varieties of Chinese food, but since I am a Muslim, I cannot try all their dishes. I have only tried their halal dishes. There are many types of Chinese food available in my local area. Here are some of the names that I am presenting to you.

There are also many other Chinese dishes in my city that I do not have pictures of.
Recently I went to a Chinese restaurant where I tried fried rice, chili chicken, and chicken curry, which are famous Chinese foods.

I shared with you earlier that I love Chinese food. Today I will share with you my all-time favorite fried rice recipe. I also prepared broccoli vegetable with rice.

Making Process
Step- I

First, I took the fragrant rice as per the above-mentioned quantity and cleaned it well with water. Then I boiled water and 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and poured the rice into it to boil. After the rice was boiled, I kept it in a container with holes to drain the water. This is a very important step in cooking fried rice so that the rice does not boil too much. Care should be taken to separate the rice from the hot water while it is still slightly boiled. Then I dried the boiled rice in the fan air and kept it in a normal fridge to cool. Boiled rice must be chilled to cook fried rice.
Step-II
Then I chopped onion in rectangular size and chopped carrots thinly. Chopped the garlic too. Cut broccoli into small sizes.

Then take a small amount of cooking oil in a pan and fry the broccoli first, then the peas and carrots well. I have used a small amount of salt in this step, you can add salt to your taste if you want.

Then I heated butter in a pan and added minced garlic. After a minute, I added sausages. I fried them briefly until the sausages turned light brown. Then I added chopped onion and chopped red and green chilies. While frying them, be careful not to deep fry them. Fry them on low heat for 1-2 minutes.

In this step I added the vegetables that I had fried earlier and boiled rice that I had chilled from the fridge. This is how I used soy sauce. I did not add too much soy sauce. Then I mixed all the ingredients together well.

In the last step, I added pepper, sugar and a little butter. Then I fried them for a while more to prepare the fried rice. Then I arranged it on a serving plate.

Now it's time to cook the broccoli. I boil the broccoli then fried in butter. I add cornflower for It's gravy. I used chopped garlic and salt. Then serve it.
3- What is your favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine that you make with fusion of your local species?(2pts)
My favorite family fusion recipe from Chinese cuisine is Vegetable Spring Rolls with Local Spices.

4- Any difficulty that you faced during making recipe?(1pts)
No, Alhamdulillah I didn’t face any difficulty durning making this recipe. I have cooked this type of food at home many times before so I did not face any problem. Since I have experience, I was able to cook it easily and in less time. You know, practice makes a man perfect. So I was easy for me. However, the thing that seems challenging about cooking it is controlling the heat while frying to avoid burning the food. But Alhamdulillah I got over it well.
