Earlier, we cook a variety of polao in the house which is included in the culture of Pakistan, but we are used using pepper spices and they include a variety of polaoes.

But baking it is absolutely new to me because it only uses onion salt carrots sugar and raisins and beef is an important part of it.
Q.2. Is your local cuisine has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?
Yes, different dishes are made in Pakistan, especially in Biryani Palau, famous in Pakistan and India. It is used to prepare pepper spices and salt and its special part is chicken and it becomes very delicious. Baby young men all eat it fondly twice a week.
In addition, ginger polao and vegetable polao are also made. We use a variety of halal meat, including chicken beef and mutton.
It also includes Chana Polao. Besides, the cabbage polao fishes. It seems very delicious to me and in reality it is amazing.

Afghan Polao
The first thing I needed to make is the need to make the Afghan polawo I put in one place all things. It includes beef onion rice sugar salt and raisins cumin and carrots.
First washed the meat and kept it in a pot and washed the rice and washed with water and soak it in a little water. Now peel the onions and carrots and cut a finely tall.
Put the onion in a pressure cooker and put it on the stove also add ghee. Use low flame and when it became light pink, I also put meat in it. Thus, they fry them both when their color became a bit brown, they poured water in it.

Now remove the meat, which was very soft and ripe, and put it in a separate pot and I put the rice in the meat that saved the water. Now, the rice was left to boil in the water for a while. When the water started to dry and the rice was cooked and I put the step by step and carrots in it.
