      The frosting was a first for me ... I made a royal icing with lemon. Normally I don't use egg white for the icing, but I made these cookies for a celebration for 60 people, so they had to look nice and stay fresh :-D

          Me too ... but this was a hybrid between sugar cookies and lebkuchen :-D Lebkuchen is too sticky to cut out.
