I can see the female enhancing device serving a purpose, the world has gone nuts with female self image, so if it give her a confidence boost then I am fine with that, it beats the hell out of surgery. Once the self confidence is gained she can use it less and less often, or go through a step down process to where she can go with out when that confidence is built.

I think the tweet is total 100% bullshit myself, it is no more fraud than a fake leg, nose surgery, lipo suction,breast implants, it is a safe, (and total reversible), way for a woman to see if she would like larger breast and the meaningless attention they will attract from men and possible other women.
