Post about my new Job and a fast 2 Q?

So I got a new Job last month.
During the beginning every thing was cool every one was nice.
Now I start to see the rotten smelly potato my BOSS is ( she is girl ).
She is 28 years old. The manager of the company is 24 years old.
They work in that company less then 3 years.
I am in this business since I was 12 years old. They think they know every part of the job.
Unfortunately today I found out that they are making deals behind the back of the company owners.
Also I found out full list of the company database more then 20k past and present employs.
Why do you guys think people like to judge other by there social status ?
Who cares what is your social status when you are over weight chubby cow girl ?
