Can't wait
I haven't cooked my favorite food for a long time, and yesterday Mak cik sent me a kilo of fatarana especially for me, even before she often gave me fatarana when I went home to our Miwa's place in Matang Glumpang Dua.
I often give fatarana to my sister to cook and I will eat it after she cooks it, but this time I really want to cook it myself and I feelcan't waitto cook it and want to eat it immediately.
At home, my husband helped measure the coconut and I cooked it straight away and once the sauce was cooked I ate it straight away with rice and wow... the taste was very satisfying, this sauce is actually sold a lot in the market but I am never satisfied with the taste, if I cook it myself I am very satisfied because the taste is very different from the ones sold in the market or even those cooked by other people.
The ones sold in the market are often not filtered before being cooked so the color is dirty and I immediately have no appetite to eat them, if I cook them myself, I have filtered everything and they are not dirty because the crust from the coconut is very disturbing to my eyes 😩.
