Throne of Rule
Why does today's generation consider parents as a burden? How do such children consider themselves to be in the right by severing ties with their parents? Do you know why this happens?
When parents teach their children the difference between right and wrong. When children start walking on the wrong path. Then they feel bad about their parents' restraint. As long as the children are raised at the expense of their parents, they remain silent. But when the children become capable of earning their own living and leading a well-settled life, then they no longer care about the restrictions of their parents. And perhaps gradually they also start to think badly of their parents.
Why do such children forget that the way they treat their parents today, their childre#n will also treat them in the same way tomorrow. For those children who consider their parents a burden, I would just like to say,
"You need to understand"
that time is not always the same. If you rule today, tomorrow your own children will take over the throne of your rule. And then you will have nothing left except regret.

Could it be an indication of the parents' failure to educate their children? Failure to build a proper harmonious relationship with their children? A critical question should also be asked of the parents, because the problem could be there.
You must have understood my purpose in using this image. If you do not understand, let me explain that I have likened this chair to a throne. And the throne is likened to the rule of children. But the foundation of the throne in this image is very weak. In the same way, the throne of children cannot remain stable forever without the prayers of parents. And then the destiny of such disobedient children falls into decline.

an interesting reason you gave
@aneukpineung78 @wakeupkitty
I would like to give this article of mine 8 out of 10. In this article, I have tried to describe the helplessness of parents. Today, many such cases have come to light, in which disobedient children throw their parents out of the house. And the parents are forced to take refuge in old age homes. May Allah Almighty give us all the ability to respect our parents and follow the right path, Ameen.

What do those houses look like? I can imagine it can be great to be among people with the same age and not longer need to take care of children and grandchildren. With us elderly homes no longer exist we only have nursery homes and to get in their you have to be very ill. Ill as nearly dead. The average age people live there is 3 months.
With us it's normal children leave the nest at the age of 18 it always has been that way. Today it's hard to find a room or to rent a place. waiting 20 years is normal if you are Dutch. The elderly live on their own als long as possible it's proved they are better off and are more active if they take care of themselves. Some elderly are send abroad because the children don't have the money to give proper care and you have to work to make a living. It's my believe that in most cases a lack of money is the main reason and after that it's a lack of room (houses are small and not suitable if you can't walk stairs) and like @aneukpineung78 said badly raised cildren/lack of a feeling of being a family.
I am very surprised to hear that parents and children do not live together. While it is not like this in our country. We all live together, our elders also live with us.
By the way, not all children live with their parents. Some save their lives so that they do not have to serve their parents. But there are some people who love their parents very much. They do not let their honor and respect decrease.
In today's era, family means husband and wife and children, and this trend will probably never end. Whereas the real meaning of family should be husband and wife, children, and parents.

The houses are small and there's a max of people allowed to live in a home but parents are also punished by paying more tax since all incomes are one income for the parent and if the child foesn't pay for electricity and food...
And children? They are punished too since there's no way to find a home (unless you are able to buy), you have to pay your health insurance (how without an income?) and more (loan to study for about 34 years) and if your parent dies you have to leave the rented place and end up on the street a problem I and my children face so I told them to keep me alive no matter if I am dead.

I am surprised and also worried after reading this comment that even in this era, restrictions are imposed with such strict conditions. I have heard and read all this for the first time. I do not know much about what injustice and oppression is happening in the world.
But I know this much that my father says that the poor are getting poorer and dying and the rich are getting richer and more powerful.
