HERE’S TO MY FIRST POST IN THIS SPACE, GRATEFUL TO BE SHARING HERE.
Sustaining a career in art has always been my my childhood goal,even though that sounds scary to some..lol. the more I push my self towards this goals, the more the universe make them happen.
One thing I learnt from my journey is resilience, consistency and meeting the right audience, which am still working towards and I must confess the growth has been amazing and still longing to be more because am not even half way yet..lol.
Jean-Michel Basquiat will say “ I don't think about art when I'm working. I try to think about life.
My recent embark on basquiat painting was greatly inspired by the legacy he left behind, i hope to communicate memories, meaning, purpose and passion to people who encounter the piece. I want them to remember to live a legacy. The piece is acrylic wash on canvas (still in progress).

Constancy is what art is all about. You start a constant struggle for the perfection of the work. We become dissatisfied. We get annoyed. Nothing seems to look good to us. And one day looking at what we have traveled. We see the windmills on the horizon. Far away (Giants that we beat or were run over).
I stood admiring what you painted. The paintings are also part of the artist and his feelings.
