Nothing makes sense without rhythm, it is like putting order to whatever you do. Without order, everything is just a noise and a jamboree. The rhythm ahows a systematic arrangement of things and the progression too, it moves in a particular direction.

As much as rhythm is related to music and sound, it should be applied to real life situation. There are lots of benefits in having a rhythmic life.
