Fond of Nougat...a five minute prompt!
I must say I have never heard of nougat before, this is my first time. But surfing for the images of nougat online, it looks really good. I felt like having a taste too, and I hope one day I will.
I got meaning which also contains the ingredients of nougat, you can try it out at home if you have the ingredients.
Nougat is a confection made with sugar or honey that's cooked and then whipped with egg whites to aerate it. It often contains almonds or other nuts, candied fruits and chocolate, although it can be left plain. Nougat can be soft and tender like marshmallow but is more often dense and very chewy. Link
