Basic income, often referred to as Universal Basic Income (UBI), means a regular, unconditional cash payment provided to all citizens, regardless of their income or employment status, aimed at ensuring a minimum standard of living. Link
This is interesting and enticing too.
I am trying to check if any country practices this but I am yet to get fact on any. Maybe I'll migrate there, lol.
The basic income will help the citizens level up with the living standard of the country. In other words, there would not be those classified as poor because the minimum earner would be up to the minimum standard of living.
To achieve this will be very expensive but it will really help the citizens as well as develop the economy of the nation.
