Meal Prep #1
Hello,
one of my goals this year is preparing my meals for the week in advance more often. Here is my first meal prep of 2018.
Starting of very basic: Turmeric favored basmati rice, broccoli, chicken and salmon and a pepper-zucchini tomato sauce!
After not even one hour and a lot of chaos, everything was finished.
And even the least favorit part was done...
