Haha! Thank you for checking out my recipe! Turkey would also be amazing! I don't think I have ever had leeks before, but am always eager to try new things! I always eyeball them at the grocery store, but don't really know what to do with them! Something I will have to look into!
Make sure you do check them out you will thank me for it in the end. They well flavour any soup especially chicken. Take care
