Food creates a huge connection to the places we visit. Getting the flavors right is a huge deal. Vada pav was my favourite snack in Maharashtra. Seemingly similar to a burger, this simple snack has a lot of flavour added by the chutni and peanut powder put into it.

But guess where I had this plate of Vada pav!
This was in Aluva, a small place in Kerala where they had opened a Bombay street food shop. They had made it so perfect that I had a sudden throwback moment from Pune. In case you crave vada pav in Kerala this is the place to find a delicious bite. The shop's name is "Dharavi" and we were the second customers of the shop :D
