Cobaea scandens, Cobea or Purple ivy
Commonly cultivated as an annual and herbaceous species, particularly in cold climates.
-Alternate leaves formed of 4-6 oval leaflets ending in a branched tendril.
Flowers with striated calyx and generally purple in color, with a bell-shaped corolla, greenish at first and then purplish or whitish.
Uses: to cover walls, tree trunks, pergolas, etc.
