New Activity Title - A One Month Yoga Challenge

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 0hh:30mm:0ss !

I don't know why, but sometimes #exhaust page doesn't publish my activity properly.
So it is a second time I am sharing my yoga practice.
Today I found a 1-month course of yoga with Adriene.
And I plan to do it for a month.
I plan to do it in the morning because during the week I have strength exercises in the evening!
