Planning to do a Masters Degree from IGNOU. I think MSc Psychology would be a great option.
After completing my undergraduation in mechanical engineering, I have been working in different sectors for last five years. Currently I'm working as a high school teacher, a job which in no way related to my undergraduate degree!
I have been consistently working hard to get into a government job because it offers really good pay here in India. Along with that I have also planned to continue my studies further so that I can understand the world better in addition to getting an edge in eligibility.
IGNOU(Indiragandhi National Open University) is among the top University in our country that offer distance education. One can learn anything at anywhere and get a reputed Masters or doctorate degree certificate at successful completion. This concept has been fascinating me a lot as I find it useful myself.
As I was surfing through the official website of IGNOU, I found too many attractive master programs, which left me in a state of confusion as to what to choose. I discussed with my colleagues and did research on Google from my part and finally fell in love with a few cources.
MSc Psychology is the degree that attracted me to the core. I believe that with a sound knowledge in human psychology one can understand the actual depth of situations and take decisions more reasonably. Perhaps it is my personal opinion and many of you can disagree with it.
Alongside with that I also have plans to do a degree in teaching which is here known as B.Ed which enable one to officially teach in government run high schools.
Is there any other options I can choose which you think would be a great idea?
