Employment based education: A lethal dose killing creativity.

Education creates skill; this topic has been highly in debate.

Education is mainly focused to ensure that students can eligible to be employed after they are graduated.

But, this strategy goes around perishing the creativity and individuality of students.

This trend to create workers is getting 'ill'. Students are contributing their ‘skill’ towards their jobs.

The developing countries (China, India, etc) are majorly ruling the market today.

Businesses are blooming there.

Developed countries (especially America) have caused working to be taken as a ‘culture’. Students always dream of getting favorable jobs rather than creating something new.

Rather in country like and India, businesses are given incentives and start-ups are helped through subsidizing required raw material and taxation towards the business.

Education Service has been ‘slow’, in terms of changes.

There must be a change. Rather than investing in skill of an individual to make him/her be eligible employee.

Education System should make students so that they can commence business with ease, with employment focused education.

Without this there are chances that there can be crisis between workers and employers (businesses).

We should re-think our choices and be able to be whatever we want- a worker or an employer. Choices are our to make (referring to fellow young generation).
