Gobhlach Art Studio | Isle of Arran

Robert Stevens is a mixed media artist on the Isle of Arran. He specialises in ceramic sculpture.

I visited his studio during the 2022 Open Studios weekend and was reminded of my first visit during the same weekend in 2019, when I shot some video.

I didn't share it at the time because I was a bit nervous about sharing my work, but on watching it back, I think it's worth sharing because of the way Rob's enthusiasm comes through.

I wish I'd filmed yesterday as well, so you could see the changes in what he's producing. His studio has a real vibe that inspires me and makes me feel creative and courageous.
