Good morning! In fact, I have always been a pretty calm person and have taken things as they come. In the rare situations where that doesn't work, I quickly calm down again or someone, e.g. my partner, takes me in their arms for a moment - and then everything is fine again ;-)).

No, I think the secret is to realise that only one person suffers from excitement, stress, bad moods and tension: oneself. And that none of this brings any benefit to the problem at hand....

Next time, would you please remember to attach an English version of your contribution? We have included this in the Community rules so that the author himself has every opportunity to refer to an authorised translation, so to speak... Thank you!
