BIDV Securities Company (BSC) races to achieve stellar profit in 2020
In 2020, BSC is slated to issue individual shares for strategic investors worth up to 53.86 per cent of its charter capital, thereby increasing its charter capital to VND1.8 trillion ($78.26 million).
Furthermore, the firm plans to pay 7 per cent cash dividends.
BSC has just appointed Nguyen Duy Vien who was freshly elected as general director on June 18 to its board as the firm gears up to expand its operations.
