NBA Odds: Mavs-Clippers in Star-Studded First Round https://www.casinobillionaire.com/nba-betting-guide-2273.php

If the Los Angeles Clippers (49-23 SU, 41-31 ATS) are going to win their first-ever NBA title, they'll have to overcome a very large obstacle in the first round of the 2020 NBA playoffs. The Dallas Mavericks (43-32 SU, 36-35-3 ATS) will "visit" the Clippers for their first two games inside the Orlando bubble. Game 2 tips off Wednesday night at 9 PM ET on TNT.

The Clippers (+250) are one of three teams packed tightly atop the NBA championship odds board, and chunky –650 favorites to take down Dallas at press time. They swept all three of this year's games against the Mavs SU and ATS, including once in the bubble – but these are the playoffs now, and Dallas might have the best player in this series in Luka Doncic, the reigning Rookie of the Year and a former Euroleague champion at Real Madrid.

You could argue that Kawhi Leonard, who won both the title and the Finals MVP award in 2014 (with the San Antonio Spurs) and 2019 (with the Toronto Raptors), is still a step ahead of Doncic. But there's no arguing that the Clippers have the deeper bench and the most playoff experience.

NBA Odds: Clippers Face Title Obstacle in Mavericks

The Los Angeles Clippers are big –650 favorites to beat the Dallas Mavericks in their first-round playoff series, but they'll have to overcome one of the league's biggest talents to make it through. Game 2 is this Wednesday (9 PM ET, ESPN) inside the Orlando bubble.

Luka Doncic isn't an MVP finalist this year, but he performed like one and might be the star of this series ahead of Kawhi Leonard. However, Paul George has played the secondary role much better than Kristaps Porzingis – and the rest of the Clippers are vastly superior to Dallas on paper.
