ASX pushes back start date for CHESS replacement
ASX has reset the go-live date for its blockchain to settle and clear the equities market, suggesting the new switch-on date will be in April 2022.
This is 12 months later than the original target date for the complex CHESS replacement project, which was put under review in March after the pandemic struck, to allow CHESS users to focus on day-to-day operations
