Yes it is rather paradoxical.
But basically there are 3 main groups
- Very low calorie diet (Dr Roy Taylor's research)
- Low carb high fats, ketogenic approach (Virta Health, Diet Doctor etc)
- Vegan, starch based diet (Dr Macdougall, Dr Greger, Dr Neal Barnard etc)
Choose one the one that you can sustain...
