Fruit salad ( Watermelon 🍉 )

Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "Fruit Salad" as part of my participation in this 👉contest.


🍓 What fruit can't be missing from a salad? And which one do you think ruins the salad?

All fruits that are incorporated into salads enhance the flavor and features which the commonly used fruits for preparing salad including apples, watermelon, bananas, citrus segments, pineapple, etc. For anyone who wants his or her salad to release excess moisture like making the salad soggy, he/she would include pineapple, watermelon, or banana which considering the overall flavor and texture is what most people consider.

Having said that, watermelon is the fruit that can't be missing from a salad. This is because watermelon adds more flavor and texture and with watermelon, there is no point in adding water to a fruit salad. Bananas are what I think ruin the salad because bananas can make the salad too soft or watering.


🍓 Do you have any favorite fruits that you enjoy eating?

Yes, I have favorite fruits that I enjoy eating. I enjoy eating watermelon and cucumber so much especially in this season of the water that we are into. Eating watermelon keeps me hydrated and it is my best fruit.

The other favorite fruits that I enjoy eating are; apples, bananas, carrots, guarding eggs, oranges and paw-paw.


🍓 Are you currently eating well?

Food is one thing I can comfortably spend my money on because I like eating well. I like eating good and healthy food that nourishes the body, which if I am to say, I would say that I am eating well to my satisfaction.


🍓 What should be the most complete meal of the day? Explain your reason

Well, I think the most complete meal of the day should be breakfast or lunch which is based on the personal lifestyle and cultural habits of individuals.

The reason why breakfast should be the most complete meal of the day is that after a long overnight fast, breakfast can replenish energy and nutrient stores, which means kick-starting our metabolism for the day will help us to stay fit and active. Breakfast should include complex carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals.

The reason for lunch is that many people around the world, take or see lunch as the largest meal, occurring when the body is still very active which can efficiently use calories for energy. Lunch meals should be balanced and they should include lean proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats, and vegetables.


🍓 Why do you think healthier food is more expensive than food that is not as healthy?

Well, I think healthier food is more expensive than food that is not as healthy is because of the following reasons;

  • Production costs
  • Market Dynamics and Subsidies
  • Shelf life and processing
  • Consumer perceptions and demand

In summary, healthier food is what everyone believes to be the true cost of sustainable production and quality and people believe it is safer to eat healthier food than healthier food to prevent health problems which brings about a high increase in demand for healthier food.
