White and coconut chocolate truffles
The white and coconut chocolate truffles are very good and tasty sweets, which are prepared very easily and with few ingredients. For me they are the best desserts.
Ingredients:
120 ml of cream
230 g of white chocolate
60 g of ladyfingers
80 g of coconut flour
Preparation:
To start preparing white and coconut chocolate truffles, start with the white chocolate, which will be coarsely chopped and then put in a pan with the cream. Bring everything to temperature so that the chocolate melts perfectly. Mix everything well.
When the chocolate has melted completely you can also add the coconut flour. Continue to mix everything well until you have obtained a homogeneous mixture. Then transfer the mixture obtained in a bowl.
Meanwhile, put the ladyfingers cut into smaller pieces in a mixer and crumble them well so as to obtain a kind of flour. Mix everything well and put the mixture to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. This, in fact, will need to be compacted a little before it can be processed and then be able to form white and coconut chocolate truffles.
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and see that the compactness obtained is the right one, otherwise add some other minced ladyfingers. The result that you will have to obtain will be a very compact and tight compound so that you can work with your hands.
At this point you can proceed with the formation of the balls that will form the white and coconut chocolate truffles. Knead them briefly with your hands and then pass them in the coconut flour so that the whole surface is completely sprinkled. Continue this way with all the balls you can create from your dough.
The white and coconut chocolate truffles are almost ready, you just have to let them cool for another two hours in the refrigerator so that they are very compact then to serve them to your guests.
