Tuna steaks with lettuce and tomatoes
Today I cooked tuna steaks with lettuce and tomatoes.
This is a very tasty and healthy dish that is perfect for a winter dinner.
To prepare tuna steaks, I used skinless and boneless tuna fillets.
I fried the steaks in a pan with heated olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. I checked the steaks for color. You can choose the degree of frying according to your taste.
For the salad I used lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and herbs. I dressed the salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
I placed the steaks on a plate and put the salad and tomatoes next to them.
This dish turned out very tasty and flavorful. The steaks were juicy and tender, and the salad added freshness and lightness.
