Macro Photography Challenge - Four captures for two pommegranates
Today, I wanted to share captures I made for Macro Photography challenge run by CCH community. This is for the Week #83.
Winter is a season for pommegranates, they are relatively cheap and it is time to enjoy this wonderful Mother nature's creation. Funny thing is: purchasing it is always a random game, you never know what would be inside. The sellers are smart cheaters :P they show you good ones but sell something of mediocre quality, i.e. most pommegranates I obtain usually are of diluted red color, sometimes even pale pink (!) and are not tasting great.
But this time I purchased 5 small pommegranates that did not deceived my aspirations. They were of intense ruby color inside, very appealing visually - so after I opened the first of them, my very first idea was: I want to capture this beauty. I arranged this little macro photosession, and look what I've got away with:
I should add - they tasted exactly like they look like.
