Tsingy de Bemaraha National Park, located in western Madagascar, is a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its spectacular karst formations called "tsingy". These sharp rocky peaks, sculpted by erosion over millennia, form a labyrinth of almost inaccessible canyons and caves. The park is home to unique biodiversity, with endemic species of lemurs, birds and plants. Besides its impressive landscapes, Tsingy de Bemaraha is also a sacred place for local people, with great cultural and spiritual importance.
