The Super duper rich can just buy Carbon Tax Offsets and Pollute as much as they want. The Rich got tired of paying Offsets and suggested to Trudeau that these Carbon Offsets be paid by the poor in the form of Carbon taxes and taxes on Cannabis. Presto Bango we have Legal Cannabis and Carbon taxes in Canada. Every Government in the World is following Trudeau’s evil plan.

I use co2 to grow plants and does increase growth times and weight as well as size of my plants.
