Fresh Homemade Raw Tuna & Sweetfish Roa Poke Bowl

In Seattle, Washington, USA we have a wonderful water-side market called Pike Place Market. It is known for the throwing fish stand and generous amount of creators that host their markets here, such as honey, vegetables, smoked meats, flowers, crafting yarn, and much more! It is open year round so no matter what time of the year you go, you will find vendors of all sorts.
The fish market is always there, and that is where I got the Ahi Tuna for this poke bowl. The roe was from Target, so nothing fancy, but the fish itself was incredible and super tasty. I shared this with my ex best friend a few years ago at their house with their ex boyfriend, and I hope the next time I make it that it ends up as amazing as this did! We also added spicy mustard and fresh ground wasabi and sesame seeds on top, but it didnt look as pretty so I didnt take the picture.
