Why is the Africa continent always stereotyped to poverty

Why is the Africa continent always stereotyped to poverty,hunger and even perceived as home to many diseases??
Is this a propaganda to tanish the image of the continent??
Africa WAS the craddle of Civilizations and WEALTH .
But in obedience to the Law of Decay and Rejuvenation, Africa has ebbed into her era of progressive dacay , which is the beginning of Rejuvenation.
Similarly, the Assyrians, the Babylonians, the Greek , the Roman Empires which succeeded Africa has ingressed into their different levels of decay.
Greece of the Socrates , Archimedes , great philosophers, is the most indebted nation in the world today.
This is the good era of the Euro- American Empires.
Soon , they shall decay ; to be replaced by the once GREAT AFRICA💪
