To realize this effect mix several techniques and processes:
Withdrawal: you place the paint and drag it with a spatula.
Brush strokes: one color on each tip of the brush and the degradation of the color, it comes out harmonious.
3D painting: it is a texture, it does its job by itself.
Pyrography: the pyrographer is used. Which are tips that work with heat
