Who is a leader?
A leader is defined as a person who over sees the affairs of an organization,They are visionaries who motivate and encourage their team . A leader is someone that guides people to achieve a particular goal ,a leader is someone that is driven by motivation and stands a chance to lead and become a leader.
A leader is not just someone that leads a leader is a person that harsh to communicate with ,a leader looks beyond the organization to make it a better place for staff, a leader shows empathy to everyone.
because when people can't communicate with their leaders the organization cannot function properly, a staff may have an idea to say but due to not communicating freely with the leader the staff may reserve her comments , so all leaders should be Open minded to all employees and a spirit of oneness.
How should a leader lead?
Lead by example: a leader should be able to by example by showing good morals and demonstrate integrity and high values , doing the right thing at the right time.
A leader should also lead by example by encouraging transparency, accountability, respect and kindness to people.
Motivate and inspire: a leader should be able to motivate and inspire others to be a better version of their self , a leader should acknowledge and reward staffs that did an outstanding performance in idea and contribution.
Developing and grow: a leaders should be to tain and develop others and create a opportunities to help the team members catch up faster. a leader should always stay up to date in terms of new technologies.
Lead with emotional maturity: a leader should be able to lead with emotional maturity which means self awareness and learn to manage your emotions and biases.
Empathy always lead with compassion of your members treat everyone with love and kindness.

Yes am a group leader in my class presentation, it not an easy task because I been trying to get everyone to be part of the presentation calling them and organizing a group meeting since the past few days.
God has been helping me out, in terms of contributing and ensure everyone brings idea or has anything to offer to make the group stand out in the presentation day the topic is business organization this talks about how a firm operates so by God's am working it out and am surely bring out the best.
What are the qualities of a good leader?
Transparency and honesty: a leader should be transparent and honest when dealing with team members so they won't be any problem or confusion.
Strategic thinking a leader should be able to think very wide strategically and critically to solve problems and also promotes the organization and resilience this is the ability to come back stronger after some sets back and failure. Humility a leader should always be modest and decent always humble.
good leader should have integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, compassion, and resilience. They should be learning agile and flex their influence.

Yes a leader most be prepared to be thinking at all time, being proactive and hardworking, .
You at least listed good characters of a good leader, because we have good leaders and Bad ones, though the bad ones are also leaders, because our Proverbs say's "Don't kill a bad leader, because a day will come that he will perform positively",this means that there are some things and days he act as a leader.
