Pains to me ,it is a physical or emotional discomfort that is severe rir mild that is usually caused by either injury, illness or a nerve condition. Plains in emotional perspectives,is the hearts broken cause by any occurrence that give shocked to the body which brings internal pain to the haert,this causes a lot of lost of life in our community.. To this understanding of pains,the emotional pains is hardly cure whereas physical pains cause by injury or any form of accidents to the body can easily cure though it takes longer time. Yes,I do Felt Pains in different forms the physical pain caused by injury,pains cause by heavy work I do and more over, Pains from emotional perspectives which always makes my heart to felt with heavy burden . So once a time in 2009 in my life,I had and accidentl that nearly took my life and with wounds,so after that moment of accidents,I was taken to the clinic and treatment was given to as first aid treatment,pain was severely taken over my body because of the treatment. • In 2020, I had an emotional pains as lost my biological mother in the hospital,it was a serious pain in my heart because after staying with her in the hospital for 1 week and I was expecting positive answer from treatments but all of a sudden on the Sunday night,by 10:45 pm I lost my biological mother,it was a painful experience ever since I born,the suffering I had in the hospital,I was expecting good results. So this pain of lost kills my heart emotionally.. So I like to say here that I felt pains.

I handled pains in different ways through the type of pains that I passed through.
In the case of physical pain caused by injury,I go to hospital or clinic for treatment, and since the treatment also brings pains I will be patient and consume the pains pending When the wound will die off, but in the case of my emotional pains, it pertinent that I uses people advice to handle it because when occurrence took place,,it pains my heart ❤️ and people comes around to say sorry for the happing,so with these sympathetic approach I will believe that one day the emotional pains will go, because there's nothing that has starting that will no have end.

Also in December 2009 I had an accident that almost taken my life on the 31 December 2009, I was taken to the clinic for first aid treatment,my steemians,it was another moment of life,, a lot of pains were occur in me both the from accident and treatment,I cry as a small boy no help than to go through it, What a Painful Word?
I had several experiences which I can't share it all,.

My own advice to people that pass through is simple and easy going process. When going through pain, either physical or emotional as I earlier mentioned i do advise that it is necessary y acknowledge your feelings also seek support and advice from loved ones, practice self-care,.

Another important thing I will advise is seek consider professional help through counselling to advise on what to do on the moment. Never you handled your pains alone to avoid unforseen circumstances.
