' A Leader '

Steemit greetings to you all,I will to appreciate all contestants that have already dropped their link and those that about to drop it,it gladden my heart when I partake in a contest like this because it will continue to build me educationally and otherwise.
I really it, mostly this particular title that talks about a leader,i it wonderful because that's what we don't understand in our different organizations, they have to have good characters to pilot the affair and do everything towards the Aims and objectives of the organization.

Without going to long distance,in my own perspective,

A leader is that person appointed to lead a particular organization or group of persons with the aim of inspiring his or her members and alos motivate them towards the set goals in the organization.

To me ,this talks about the duties of a leader, so a leader should be able to understand the aims and objectives of his or her organization,so that he or she will be focusing on the set goals by providing direction, motivating, and guiding the organization.
Also a leader should leads the organisation with good communicators skills so that the link of understanding the activities of the group will be closer to his members,
A good leader should lead with the ability to solve problems facing his organization for betterment of the group,he most also leads with the ability to understand the conflict of the day, mostly welcome grievances that the members have and give solution for the organization to stand.

Yes am currently the President of young people in my church,it is not an easy thing when you are holding a position of this nature,at this point,we meet with different people from different mothers. I have a lot of experience to handle the affair of the organization. But with the challenges,I am not shaking because I have to potential and those qualities needed for the service. Let me share this,I will organize meetings as it is stated in Prospect Procedure of the organization, I make sure I use the new technology of social media method of having meetings online in case of distance. I work with my executive hand to hand and assign dusties to them.

•The ability to make decisions mostly when the organization is under pressure.
• Trustworthiness, he most be trusted at all time
• Empowerment of others: a leader have to posses the character of empowering his members
• Clear communication: this is an important quality,a leader most be understood by his members for smooth running of the organization
• Competency
• Self Awareness
• Relationship Building
• Gender Credibility
