Over to the 21st week for this contest and we have always believed that things will be better soon. The previous one was quite good and I believe this week contest will be very productive. The community is currently active and maintaining it's activeness won't be possible if we don't keep on commenting and posting.
We have noticed that the engagement rate in this platform is very poor and is important to increase the engagement rate in this platform that's why we decided to begin a comment contest in this new community to see if it can increase the rate of engagement in this platform. Never stop commenting!

Good day my fellow steemians in this wonderful community,a community that will take Africans to a better height and also steemians from other continent in the world.
I will like to comment on the just power down of one of the community that ladies do take advantage to write and learn about things boring them.
That is Steem For Ladies community,this community was so active and members and moderators were up and doing to make the community a place to all to discuss matters arasing through writing.
This community was so active with the effort of some moderators.
Posting of different posts that meet up the rules and regulations were dropped and comments were also done,I think the SP of the community was about 50,000$ (SP) which shows at least that the community is well doing with good steemit users in every day activities. Contest were organized and contestants do go for the contest. But just last week it was shocking that the community admin. Power Down the account with out even the notification to the moderators that works under her. We know that steemit platform is a cryptocurrency were keys are owned by the owner of the account, but when comes to the idea of community it involves other users to make it happening.
I woke up that fateful morning to see a comment from @ruthjoe ,who is one of the moderator to condemned the powering Down of the community account.

My comment to this action is that can't it be a way of having a Link that can control third party activity on steemit platform, that is when a community is built,the admin.and moderators will have a key that controls the account to protake one person taking advantage of powering Down the account.

What you are saying is true,the community was so active,up and doing, moderators doing so great but it was observed that the power down was impromptu to the users in the community making ladies to be disappointed.
I this powering Down in the community should be different from that of personal users.
So this act makes ladies to have a little fear of active performance.

That action struck me like an arrow because that was the community I could easily identify with and communicate easily with other users and their contest topics were always interesting and relatable and that made it easy for me/ others adapt easily to it but I think it all happened for the best. So Gird up, a new community is here and it's our responsibility to build and make it like the one that was taken from us.

Honestly, a clear explanation is needed for better understanding, in case someone else experiences this. I'm not wishing it on anyone, though!
It can be incredibly disappointing, especially when you're expecting tangible results from 6 booming upwards, only to be left with nothing. That's really tough, my friend. Sorry to hear that.
