My Actifit Report Card: July 15 2022
Always focus on your goals, not obstacle.
Life is not easy but you have to break all the obstacles of life to become happy and success in life.
Work hard , learn from mistakes and keep motivating yourself to tackle all the challenges in life.
I am happy to see that i have completed 9000+ steps . I have walked about 3 km 2 times and also did physical simple exercises at home. I have walked around 10 km in total. 3km of walk 2 times and home exercises.
