Last day of art marathon.

Hello friends,

Let me share with you last painting from “Vsemart” marathon.
We painted a beautiful mountain view on Friday.

First we had to make a light pencil sketch.

Then I wet the sky area and form clouds using mixture of light blue and black paints.

Grass is the brightest part, so we used variety of greens and a lot of yellow paint.

Hills are also pretty dark green, but here we also used blue. Same with the mountain except of I had to add more water to dilute the paint and used more of blue color.

I used brown and burgundy for the trail, and dark green for the pieces of grass in the bottom. We need a tiny brush for these details.

Here you can see my palette, it has two different watercolor brands in it. It’s Arteza and White Nights. I like how the White Night almost never dryes, and I like how Arteza’s green color is actually grass green.
