Team 3: Curation Guidelines - February 2025
Dear Steemit Team and Steemians,
Hereby the curating criteria of Team True Colours 4 - team 3
Over the past month, we’ve focused more on comments and artistic content. We’re continuing on the path we’ve been on and are focusing on creativity, originality, diversity, and skills (art, sports, entertainment, photography, hobbies). Markdowns? Great, but they’re not the deciding factor when there’s clear creativity going on.
Guidelines:
- Creativity (title, text included)
- We check hashtags (abuse)
- Text should be written by the author (instead of AI, a brother or a student), and be original (plagiarism is a big NO).
If there are doubts there will be no upvote. - Power down: If active, committed and supportive you can count on us
- No downvotes (AI users will be warned and noted)
- Tips and personal messages will be left if needed
- Good comments/commenters will be rewarded equally or higher since they are the soul of this platform
- We will not reward: lessons, homework and copy-pasted contests.
- Our focus will be on Europe and countries without an SC representing it
Flexibility
We are flexible and we will be on the lookout 24/7. The number of rewards we give depends on the percentage of upvotes.
A Colourful Overview
The most creative entry can be a comment and will be announced in our weekly report.

Hello all, I know I'm not called into this conversation, but I want you to hear this from the guy who's not involved in any curation and really has no idea of the inner workings of steemit. As a simple user of the platform, what I can say is, in the few groups that I have observed, growing participation and more people writing original texts as the month advanced, and also a growth in the number of comments and interactions. This may be only my personal feeling, but I'd like you to know that, for what it worth, it's been an increasingly satisfying experience to be around this community. I hope the trend continues and that many more people give their input in the way of posts and comments. In places where you have 1% and lesse of the members participating, there is certainly room for improvement.
Let's keep working in getting more people involved.
Also, thanks for your support. It's felt and appeciated.

Здесь пишут без приглашения, а по своей доброй воле, потому что хочется выразить слова благодарности именно этой команде кураторов, которая активно организовывает большое количество авторов для участия в комментариях. Посредством этого активного участия авторы знакомятся друг с другом, чаще посещают блоги других авторов, поддерживают лайками, участвуют в обсуждении, в своих комментариях больше раскрываются и становятся интересными для других.
Поэтому да, @wakeupkitty и @aneukpineung78 - лучшие кураторы!

Спасибо за ваши слова благодарности, и я чувствую себя счастливым, что вы и другие отвечаете. Я могу комментировать столько, сколько хочу, но если все будут молчать, то не будет никакого взаимодействия. Приятно видеть, что есть еще Steemians, которые рады поговорить и идут в социальную часть, которой является Steemit: социальные сети, которые олицетворяют взаимодействие. Это не архив, куда мы сбрасываем наши файлы и уходим. Я искренне надеюсь, что все те, кто сейчас активен, также оставят несколько других комментариев (эффект снежного кома комментариев, как это было бы здорово?).
There's no need to be called into this conversation or any other which is the great thing of Steemit. If talks should be and remain private it's better to chat elsewhere. I know at times it can be hard to jump in the middle of chat of others (I know I found that weird) but once you are used to it, it is an interesting plus which you rarely see in the offline world.
I hope the 99% will read and do their share. It's like @steemadi said: commenting is the start of relationships.

why are comments important? This is one of the questions that often arises and wanders around the subconscious mind and needs to be addressed.
I still remember someone in the crypto community about his wise advice on social media, and I think what he said is valid, but I don't know whether it is effective or not regarding someone's success on social media.
he said it like this;
Comments have a very important role in various contexts, be it on social media, blogs, forums, the world of work or in the realm of education, the reason is clear which explains that comments are a simple way to start a relationship, respond to someone's reaction to something.
this sounds reasonable, for example we give feedback on someone's post on steemit, indirectly he will start to remember us, this is true if we start from the opinion above, but what if the comment is part of the honor, can everyone comment? and everyone feels honored? I don't know, but what is certain is that comments are important in important conditions, and will be bad in bad conditions.

I agree. A comment hopefully leads to a reply, next it's engagement and relationships which are important on a platform where everyone likes to be rewarded.

Да, у вас талант и вы друг друга дополняете @aneukpineung78 , создали дружную команду и вдохновляете участников на комментарии. Вы скоро догоните The-gorilla по количеству комментариев в его игре Quiz. Правда в ваших постах комментарии более содержательные и больше по объему, где каждый участник пытается раскрыться и изложить свою мысль. Я с большим удовольствием читаю все комментарии.
