This time, I am here to share the updates of the work we concluded in January 2025.
Since the inception of our community two years and nine months ago, I have consistently provided monthly updates. This practice distinguishes our community on this platform. I am committed to maintaining transparency regarding our expenditures and the factors contributing to the growth of our community.

Co-admin and other moderators started sponsoring contests once a month(From February-25).
The engagement tournament commenced on November 4th, which is running!
In our weekly curation reports, we will announce the leading team;
along with the top winners, each member of whom will receive Steem based on their quality, engagement, and consistency.
As previously emphasised, we anticipate that;
This iteration of the tournament will showcase both courage and integrity. It is important to note that any team found to be utilising AI-generated comments will be subject to automatic disqualification.

So that various can learn how they can enhance their content,
I have began rewarding their hard and honest work as cited above.
Besides the distribution of the prize, I powered up both accounts (community and myself); So that we can appreciate more content inside and outside of the community.
All posts verified inside the community within 24 hours.
Our new members must become acquainted with the do's and don'ts of the Steemit platform.
Each week, our co-admin published an engagement report and the job she concluded weekly.
All moderators, along with co-admin, submit weekly moderation reports;
through which they highlight the weekly jobs they have concluded inside the community.I submitted a booming weekly report from the community account each week;
maintaining all the criteria set by booming. Till season three, we never disobey any regulations of booming.Each day, I curated posts from the community account;
No matter whether anyone delegated or not!

আমার মনে হয় যারা সঠিক গাইডলাইন মেনে প্রতিনিয়ত, এখানে নিজেদের এংগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করে কাজ করতে পারে। তারা কিন্তু দিনশেষে অবশ্যই সফল হতে পারে। আজকে আমি এই পর্যায়ে আসতে পারতাম না। যদি আপনাদের কাছ থেকে সঠিক গাইডলাইন না পেতাম।
এই কমিউনিটি আমাদের জন্য আশীর্বাদ আমাদের প্রত্যেকের উচিত, এই কমিউনিটির মুখ উজ্জ্বল করার জন্য প্রতিনিয়ত কমিউনিটির আপডেটগুলো ফলো করে, অন্ততপক্ষে নিজেদের এনগেজমেন্ট গুলো বৃদ্ধি করা। এতে করে যেমন আমাদের কমিউনিটি হাইলাইট হবে। আপনি যখন আপনার এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করবেন, তখন আপনি নিজেও হাইলাইট হবেন। অতএব নিজেদের পরিবার এবং নিজেকে এখানে টিকিয়ে রাখার জন্য প্রতিনিয়ত পরিশ্রম করুন। অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ জানুয়ারি মাসের আপডেট আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার জন্য। ভালো থাকবেন।

কমিউনিটির কার্যক্রম ও আপডেট গুলো এত সুন্দর ভাবে উপস্থাপন করার জন্য আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ দিদি। জানুয়ারি মাসে অনুষ্ঠিত প্রতিযোগিতা পুরস্কার বিতরণ এবং সদস্যদের সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়। কমিউনিটির স্বচ্ছতা ও ধারাবাহিক প্রচেষ্টার ফলে এটি ক্রমাগত উন্নতি করছে। এই উদ্যোগগুলো আমাদের আরো অনুপ্রাণিত করে এবং কমিউনিটিকে আরো শক্তিশালী করে তোলে। আশা করি ভবিষ্যতেও এমন গতিধারা অব্যাহত থাকবে। আপনার জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা রইল।

কমিউনিটির একাউন্ট থেকে কনটেস্ট অ্যানাউন্সমেন্ট হোক, আপনার নিজের আয়োজিত কনটেস্ট হোক, সেই সকল কনটেস্টের উইনার অ্যানাউন্সমেন্ট হোক, সাপ্তাহিক কিউরেশান রিপোর্ট হোক অথবা সাপ্তাহিক বুমিং রিপোর্ট হোক, সময় মতো প্রতিটা জিনিস আপনি উপস্থাপন করেন। এমনকি প্রতিদিন কমিউনিটি অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে সকলকে ভোট দেওয়া হোক, এই প্রতিটা কাজ সময় মত করার জন্য কাজের প্রতি যে পরিমাণ একাগ্রতা দরকার, আপনার মতন খুব কম মানুষের মধ্যে সেগুলো আছে বলেই আমার বিশ্বাস।
তাছাড়া প্রতিদিন নিজের লেখা শেয়ার করার দায়িত্বটিও আপনি খুব সুন্দরভাবে পালন করেন। এমনকি এতো কাজের ভিড়েও আপনার লেখার মান কখনোই নিম্নমুখী হয় না, এগুলোই আসলে আমাদের প্রত্যেকের কাছে অনুপ্রেরণা। তবে খুব কম মানুষ আছে যারা আপনাকে দেখে অনুপ্রাণিত হয়ে, নিজেদের ব্যক্তিগত জীবনের সমস্যাকে উপেক্ষা করে কাজের প্রতি সমান সম্মান প্রদর্শন করতে পারে। আর ঠিক এই কারণের বোধহয় আপনি আমাদের সকলের থেকে আলাদা।
আমাদের আদর্শ এবং অনুপ্রেরণা হয়ে পাশে থাকার জন্যে ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে। এমন ভাবেই আপনার সাথে আগামী পথ পাড়ি দিতে চাই। সব সময় আপনার সুস্থতা কামনা করি। ভালো থাকবেন ম্যাম।
