Doing Nothing Meditation

For all those undergoing kind of depression and anxiety disorder I am going to tell you people that how you can also** live a normal, happy and loving life**. There is no need to change a lot little bit of thinking process. Doing nothing meditation is very much useful tool to find peace and harmony inside you. There has been number of times when we think that nothing is going right and there is absolutely no way we can do better. At that particular time of sensation the time seems to be stopped and we feel that we are the most vulnerable human being of the whole world. We consider pity about ourselves we think that there is no love for us.

We think there is no care for us. We think there is no compassion for us. We think we are abandoned and we think we are lost somewhere. At that particular time despite our best efforts we don’t find peace and harmony. We smoke cigarette. We consume alcohol. But it seems that we are having no joy of the life. Nothing looks like to be going in our way. We have to face the hostility of the time. We have to bear the hardship of the conditions. We think that every one has just turned against us. Even we think in such hostile manner about our love ones and dear ones. But they don’t know and only we know that what kind of situation we are exactly undergoing at that time. We feel afraid of almost everything. We do not want to go to work. We do not want to go out. We do not want to go out of bed. We want to stay at home. We want to stay in bed. We just want that each and every luxury and necessity be come to us and we do not want to do anything for that. So here is the idea for such like circumstances. It is little bit difficult but once you start doing that you will enjoy that. It is quite a useful method to find peace and harmony inside you with love. The fear and the panic will go away. And not going to come back again. It is called a doing nothing meditation.

It is a simple technique. You should be doing nothing. You are not supposed to read anything. You are not supposed to write anything. You are not going to listen music. No movies no internet. No mobile. Absolutely nothing to do and absolutely doing nothing. You are just calm and composed and you are at liberty to do nothing. You are singing a song but you are not doing anything. There is no work in this world to do. There is no much need to consume our energy to do anything. No work deserves our energy at this moment. Our energy is that much valuable precious and loving that we are not going to spare our energy virtually on anything. We are sitting and we are sitting without reason. We are waiting and we are waiting nothing. We have been waiting a lot. Waiting is doing. Waiting is exercise. Doing a waiting makes us tired don’t wait. Don’t do anything. Just relax. Many thoughts might come to your way but your are not concerned with such thoughts. Such thoughts have got nothing to do with you . you are bound to proceed further and there is nothing to do and there is nowhere to go there is no goal to achieve there is no aim to have there is no result to find there is absolutely nothing to do. Just watching at the wall aimlessly and there is no watching. Take deep breaths and find your harmony and love inside you. You are the most beautiful and the innocent soul of the earth. The nature is there to love you. Do not worry about past. Forget about past, it has become history. Don’t worry about future, it has not come yet. Live in the present. Live in the moment and live moment to moment. You will be getting bored with your doing nothing meditation but don’t worry you have to accept that you are getting bored. It is ok to be bored don’t ignore boring, enjoy boring, welcome boring, it is far more better than waiting. Waiting is also good if you are accepting time and telling it that this time will pass too or this time pass. Just remain with your self, you can do this doing nothing meditation for 30 minutes or even for a hour or for the whole day as well it totally depends upon you simply because there is no compulsion there is no bindings there is absolute liberty and you are at liberty to do anything, you are an inhabitant of a free country you can do anything you want to do but do each and everything consciously enough, do each and everything with rightful mindedness do not do things mechanically you are not machine you are human beings you are supposed to value yourself . Respect yourself. Introspect yourself, look deep inside you, look who is afraid of anything, is it you or someone else. It is not you who is afraid it is someone inside you who causes problems for you and you need to get rid of him that is the weaker part of your mind. Just go on and have a talk with it. Only you can make him cure you can provide him shelter and homage. Doing nothing meditation is a process by virtue of which you can find some time for yourself and you will feel that there have been so many things you have left and missed in this hasty manner of living your life. There is no need to do anything in hurry. There is no good in going thing in expeditious manner. There is no good in thinking that what the other people will think.
