[Experiment] Decentralized Steem Showcase
Can we make /promoted into a page that will draw readers because the wisdom of the crowd has it populated with Steem's best content? I don't know, but let's give it a try!

Here's my suggestion for the community to turn /promoted into a decentralized showcase of Steem's best posts...
- Find a post in your feed that you think the whole world should see
- Promote it by sending 0.001 SBD or more to @null with the comment field set to
@author/permlink. (the more you send, the higher the post will rise on the page) - Reply to this post with a link to the post that you promoted.
- When we get done, the community will have created the best darned /promoted page ever!
- The memo field must be exactly as above, starting with the '@' followed immediately by the author/permlink with no white space. Don't start it with "/" and don't use the full URL (starting with https) or the promotion will fail.
- Send SBD not STEEM. STEEM does not work for post promotion.
If you don't want to promote a post, you can support post promotion, instead, by replying here to say which of the existing /promoted posts is your favorite and why.

Will this not affect the club status of someone since we are transferring out SBD
Hi, I don't participate in the clubs and I don't actively curate those tags, so I'm not sure. According to @katherine012, here, it seems that it probably does affect club status, though.
Ok muchas gracias por su respuesta, ya entiendo entonces que no debo usar mas la tag del club100 porque he pasado 0.20 a la promoción, igual usare la del club25 para no tener problemas y de todas formas no sacare ni 1 steem porque quiero es reunir mucho sp.
Por la tag de burnsteem25 lo pregunto porque siento que curador vota mas los que la usan que los que no, ejemplo ese post que subí a promoción no esta configurado a null y no obtuvo voto y vi que los demás si lo están y si recibieron voto, de todas formas lo seguiré intentando, me gusta steemit y deseo crecer mucho mas.

What I'm wondering is whether the null account will be compromised in the future. The null account seems to be a very important account for the platform.
My understanding is that the null account has some sort of special configuration that would prevent anyone from accessing it.
Well thought out. Advertising is important on such platforms.
If there's enough SBD/Steem in the future, I'd like to try it.
