The Easiest Way to Raise Your Vibration
It’s important to be able to stay centered in a high frequency no matter what is going on around you.
The roof is blowing off, smoke is all in your lungs, and the dog is barking but you still have to hold that frequency – that vibration of inner peace, tranquility, love, and transcendence.
But it’s not easy to do. It’s not something that is just going to happen because you want it to. So, don’t judge yourself about this. We are all learning, growing, and remembering what’s deep inside our core.
But the thing about maintaining your frequency is that it’s not always about just using your mind, because what if you don’t know how to? And the funny thing is, it’s your mind that will mess you up. You actually want to get out of your mind in order to get into that frequency of power.
Isn’t it funny how we are programmed to think that “out of your mind” is a bad thing? But your mind is the thing that keeps you in an endless loop. Your mind is what keeps you confined. You have to train it, and you have to be able to transcend it at some point. You are not your mind.

But let’s keep this really simple for now. What practical things can you do to keep your vibe high?
The wonderful thing is that the universe has everything in place to support you in raising your frequency and maintaining it.
Have you ever noticed when some people get heartbroken they listen to sad music to help them cry it out? There’s nothing like a good old cry to Brian McKnight’s “One Last Cry” or Toni Braxton’s “How Could an Angel Break My Heart?”
By the way, if you are in a good mood I wouldn’t recommend listening to those songs because you’ll be all in your feelings and heartbroken even if that is the further scenario from your life right now. You could be cuddling with your life partner at this very moment - but listen to one of those songs and all of a sudden, you’ll be missing them and blaming them for leaving you.
Why does it work that way?
Why do we instinctively move towards sad music to validate our sad feelings? Is there a science to it, or is it intuition? Perhaps both?
Yes, the answer is both. But maybe we intuitively know the science behind it even if we don’t have the words to explain it. But more importantly, what would life look like if we applied this concept to increase our moods as opposed to depress them?
What if you made a list of the most positive and upbeat songs and listened to them daily. What would your life look like if you started your day off by making a list of five things you are grateful for as you played your upbeat playlist?

Music is powerful because sound is powerful. Words are also powerful because words create worlds. Put those concepts together and one can see how we can use music to help lift us to higher levels or help drag us down to the pits.
Remember, everything in life is about vibration and frequency so be careful what you are listening to.
Don’t start your day off by turning on that programming box and listening to the latest fear-based narrative. How about you start your day off by listening to some 528 hertz music for DNA repair and transformations.
Or turn on some 639 hertz solfeggio frequencies to help improve your relationships. Or maybe you want a 741 hertz experience to improve your intuition. Music with all of these frequencies can be found on Youtube.
But the point is, you can choose to start your day in an empowered state, or in a disempowered one. The choice is always yours.
