Greetings to all friends in all corners of the world and various nations, with the existence of this forum or community can increase insight, both friends share information with each other even though we all know each other and cover each other by supporting each other.

On this occasion, I would like to introduce myself first before continuing. Maybe wherever we are, it would be good for us to introduce our origins or identities, who we are and why we joined, and share a little about the education that we need to do in the present.

I used to prefer the name @palang, because the name is very helpful and full of complaints or struggles to get the name. The name was born from one of the campus organizations in the past which had participated in the campus student activity unit (UKM), and in short, at home it was already attached to the pseudonym (@palang).

Previously, I also studied several posts from friends, from here I tried to put together vocabulary from the beginning of writing to how to think brilliantly and patiently and positive thoughts must be at the forefront.

The way to deal with children is actually very good if we teachers follow the flow of their desires (students), for example; today the children want to study outside in the context of still studying but not in the room. and the next day they will also follow our rules as teachers, because we have followed their wishes and today we can exchange ideas instead of arguing.

The point is for us teachers to expand patience and stay away from foul language which reflects a good teacher in an educator.

2 .Invite one of your students, your friends, or anyone else to try 1 method of recognizing student characteristics, according to the examples in the material. And tell us the results of observing the characteristics of your student. (3 points)

All of these methods are certainly already in the rules that have been set both in regulations (international/external). However, today we must also be good at managing our mindsets in order to create comfort for children in the classroom, first of all teachers must understand the children's mental conditions every day. It is very important for us teachers to have a personality so that it does not affect the students.

We as humans certainly have emotions, but today we really need control. Believe it or not, there are many changes when we become educators, in other words, teachers as educators of our children.

Today I witnessed that a teacher is very sincere in educating his students, even though basically the face and reasoning or language of the teacher is a little rough. because in education there is a name (hard and soft), the intonation of the language needs to be adjusted according to the character of the student, we need to apply knowledge/education.

Yesterday, Saturday, we tried to educate children in a mission to become personnel/officers for ceremonial activities every Monday at the school or home where students study and teachers teach.

Today I am proud to see the children's movements full of togetherness in completing one of the missions assigned by the teacher, above there is also a short script and there are pictures as documentation of the togetherness of all the students.

As a teacher, always support every development of his students, both in terms of skills or in learning so that they stand out positively in the school environment and outside the school environment.

4 . According to you. When a student feels depressed or anxious, especially in an evaluation situation. What category of characteristics does such a student belong to? Explain your answer and how to solve it. (2 points)

We saw a lot of progress this week compared to before on the physical or tangible side as we tried out thought-provoking things for our students' mindsets here.

children are very lazy in learning, this is our job teachers must be good at seeing the conditions or situations of enthusiasm or not enthusiasm. all of that if we can understand and understand the students. and continue to change the children to be smart and great people in the future, it is not certain that our students' time will pass through to become someone useful for individuals and the nation and useful for society at the level (village, sub-district, city, province) and for (Indonesia).
