Hello Dtube . How you doing my fellow Dtuber and Steemians. ?
Today I wanna make something different . Week ago my inlaw gave me a jacket , but the problem is it's too big on me , I accept it because I think I can solve the problem .
So today im going to resize the oversize jacket to my exact size.
I made a video on it , step by step that can help you resizing your oversize clothes.
It’s basic and easy to follow . You can also use this tutorial for your other clothing like Tshirts , Polo etc . .So let’s get it started.
What we need:
- The clothes you want to resize
- Your jacket in right size ( this will be your pattern)
- Scissor
- Fabric Marker
- Ruler (optional )
- And sewing machine .
Steps :
- Lay down the big clothes and put over the pattern
- Using fabric marker make a line and follow your pattern, leave a seam allowance , (prep. 1 cm)
- Cut the oversize jacket ( follow the line you made)
- And last Sew using the machine .
Viola your project is done . You can enjoy more now your clothes and also saved money.
Caution: For Thick fabric use a proper foot and needle .
You can watch the video for the easy steps . I hope this video can help you too.
As always Take care everyone.
