What is an angelic magician?

We could define it as the person who practices magic with the help of angels and unlike priests do not drive does not handle the theology that some are good and others bad, for us angels are divided into useful and useless. That is why some grimoires contain information to invoke, control and request help from both angels and demons. The magician who is interested in this type of magic has an interest in controlling them and obtaining their benefit, which will depend on the posture and ethics of the angel involved. In grimoires you can find different types of angels, which are the characteristics of each one, their powers and abilities.

In these ancient documents (grimoires) there is an extensive list of angelic names, each corresponding to a planet, a constellation, one of the four elements, the hours of the day or the different times around the world. By consulting this detailed list in the grimoires, the angelic magician can consciously and accurately decide the qualities and with what type of angel he wants to establish contact and its magical relationship.

Above these groups of angels are those of legend. Which are the most empowered and with which I personally work and recommend working; These angels are: Miguel, Uriel, Rafael and Gabriel. These are very old and go back to the primitive Hebrew religion; The suffix which is the ending of each one's name comes from the old Hebrew name given to God. In order to communicate, ask for help, and control (to a certain extent) these angelic beings you have to develop and possess a lot of magical power and knowledge.

#Principles of Angelic Magic
Angelic magic has two fundamental principles, these come from different sources which are: the folk beliefs of various cultures and the Hebrew Kabbalah. The first principle is that we human beings can control angels (good and bad) with the use of magic weapons. The certainty of these very different cultures can be supported, as an example we can cite the following statements:

* Formerly, in the Patagonian region it was a question of dispersing the demon of smallpox by stabbing the air with a cutting weapon and spilling water to protect itself from its frightful followers.

• Young Eskimo women and girls drive out demons from houses by threatening them with a knife.

• Among the wortyaks, in eastern Russia, the girls receive the New Year armed with sticks with which they beat from all corners of the house, to dislodge Satan from there.

• The Australian aborigines scare the demons by hitting the ground with the tail of a kangaroo.

The second principle is the belief that some words (especially the names of God) have the power to compel angels to obey the commands of an angelic magician. This principle is based on the Kabbalah, which holds that the name of the objects is inseparable from it, since it constitutes an intrinsic property of the objects and not a conventional name imposed afterwards. Reason why it can be concluded that knowing the real name of a thing allows to have complete control over something. This belief was so strong in the Jews that they refused to pronounce or write the name of God and hid the sacred name under complicated systems and mechanisms of symbolism and substitutions. Formerly they believed that the name of God was composed of 72 letters which is exactly the number of angels and the name of God was so powerful that the whole world could be destroyed if someone pronounced it. According to angelic magic, anyone who possesses the weapon and the sacred words can control the power of the angels, both in heaven, earth and hell. However, angelic magic consists of something more than this; It is also a set of rituals organized in 5 basic steps.

Basic steps

In one of the previous post we had already mentioned in a general and superficial way some of these steps when we explained how to know and invoke magic, then we will detail in a short way the 5 basic steps to perform angelic magic rituals:

Consecration

The magician must mount an altar or designate a physical space only and exclusively to practice magical ceremonies. In the great majority of cases, physical space is a magic circle marked with sacred objects or names. In other cases like mine is a personal way; my teacher has a room in which we do magical works to help people.

Invocation

It is a prayer of petition or fulfillment for which ritual is fulfilled, in this process sometimes amulets or talismans are used, this prayer is to the highest stratum of the angelic hierarchy to illuminate the conscience and invoke the celestial being to be able to establish a communication and request their help in the ritual.

Conjuro

It is the process by which the magician resorts to a combination of divine names, weapons and offerings (incense for example) to produce the appearance of the angel.

Conversation

Once the angel has presented or manifested the magician describes, remembers and establishes communication with the celestial being to request help towards the work or ritual performed. For this phase the magician must have already mastered the visualization, harmonization, vibration and developed the chakras to establish a communication with the spiritual being.

Farewell

The magician says goodbye to the celestial being, entrusts it and reiterates the help for the ritual performed in order to help the client.
