Beautiful walk by the river to calm my mind.

I think I am very lucky to live within ten minutes’ walk from the river. The direction of the river is also very nice so we could enjoy colourful sunsets most evenings, except in rainy season. Rainy days has its perk too; dramatic clouds and mood sky could become quite mysterious and attractive.

After a hard day working in the garden, I look forwards to my evening walk by the river. This slow moment by the river is much better than going to the cinema or eating out at a restaurant. There I could find space for my brain and let my brain slow down, taking a well deserved rest.

Mother Nature and the river would be my friends and healers giving me all the good vibes. I would keep very quiet and listen to the sounds of nature. The earth also vibrates and gives out energy.

The rays of setting sun are just like cosmic showers full of nourishment and vitamins. Incredible Nature, she gives so much and demand so little. I just hope more people would get in touch with nature and learn to redirect her as much as possible.

Then there would be peace and harmony around the globe. People learning to respect Mother Nature and live peacefully with kindness towards all sentient beings. What a wonderful world that would be!
