A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words Our New House

Dear Maya my old friend,
I have to share with you this photo of our new place up north. Oh Yes!. Way to go. Cozy Cozy Cozy. It was love at first sight. With a place like this I may never want to leave the material world. All my senses are drawn in. The color and shape of the structure. So inviting. The steep sloping roof will let the snow slide off. And you know that fireplace will be going. That wonderful warm radiant heat from burning logs.

The air here is so fresh and clean with a hint of pine. Just breathing it I feel like I'm a foot taller than before. I really think I must have died and ended up in heaven. It's quiet. No traffic sounds. Not even a plane so far and we moved in two weeks ago. No noisy neighbors. Well there are neighbors but they are way, way down the road.

I expect to get a visit from the local wild life. A bear, some deer, racoons. There is a woodpecker near by. I hear him tap tap tap and an owl last night. The sky is so clear, no city lights, all the stars are visible.
