Island Grills Choco drink and sticky rice
I am penning this from the boarding gate. I am on my way to the island paradise is Siargao, the country 'S surfing capital.
Tha name itself will give you the idea you'd get a taste of the Philippine Islands dishes. At a budget of course.
The place is relatively neat, servers welcoming you with warm smiles as most of its million residents would and the food would either be sauteed, grilled, fried, stewed, raw .Coconut milk dishes would be common too.
From the small flaglest we call "banderutas "to the walls depiction of Sinulog ,the country 'S grandest festival this place resonates the Filipino culture .I couldn't be anywhere prouder.
So how much for this?Just a dollar. Could you believe that? But it is.I love the creamy taste of the cacao but the sticky rice wasn't remarkable at all.
